1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the n3n4 online gaming platform, including the website at n3n4.app, any associated mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are entered into between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and n3n4 ("n3n4," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Platform in any manner — whether by browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, participating in games, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the n3n4 Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and n3n4.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the n3n4 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by n3n4. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of n3n4 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of n3n4, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the n3n4 Platform, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the n3n4 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password;
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Notifying n3n4 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

n3n4 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from n3n4 that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

n3n4 supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your n3n4 account in real time or within the processing time specified for your chosen payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. n3n4 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit, where applicable;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform;
• n3n4 targets processing of withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier, though actual receipt of funds may depend on your payment provider's processing times;
• n3n4 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.

n3n4 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

n3n4 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met;
• n3n4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to exploit promotional terms — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts may be suspended;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the n3n4 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before participating.

n3n4 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, and all live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG or by the physical outcome of live dealer actions, and are not influenced by n3n4 or any third party.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, n3n4 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, n3n4 cannot guarantee the continuation of any game session interrupted by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated tools or bots, or engage in any form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n3n4 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform;
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your n3n4 account;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward n3n4 staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the n3n4 Platform — including but not limited to the n3n4 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of n3n4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from n3n4;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any n3n4 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, n3n4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

n3n4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your n3n4 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

n3n4 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. n3n4 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

n3n4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• Determination that you are ineligible to use the Platform (e.g., under 21, self-excluded, or located in a prohibited jurisdiction);
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for cause, n3n4 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your n3n4 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified remaining balance will be returned to you.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

n3n4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

n3n4 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and n3n4 cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the n3n4 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. n3n4 recommends that you check this page each time you access the Platform.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and n3n4, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations that fall within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, n3n4 will cooperate fully with any investigation or mediation process initiated by PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.
